This website
- No analytics of any kind — first-party or third.
- No cookies. Your theme preference is stored in your browser’s local storage and never leaves it.
- No tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no ad tech.
- Server logs are the hosting provider’s standard access logs, used only for operating the site.
The product
- OrdinateDB contains no telemetry, ever. It makes no outbound calls to us — no usage statistics, no crash reporting, no update pings. This is verifiable in source and stated as policy on the trust page.
- Your process data is yours. It lives on your infrastructure (or an instance operated as Managed OrdinateDB) in an open, documented format.
When you contact us
If you email us, we have your email. We use it to reply, keep it as long as the conversation is live, and don’t add it to a marketing list — we don’t have one.
